We offer a refund within 15 days of your purchase as long as it is a fault on our part. Below is a list of situations where we will offer a refund and/or the possibility of an exchange.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• We can only refund items that have a manufacturing defect.

• We do not offer exchanges as products are made to order. We do not stock any swimsuits in our shop.
• Shipping costs are refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you as well.
• Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach us at the factory may vary.
